You’ll find appreciation for craft everywhere you look, from the Myrtle heartwood floors, Huon pine bench tops, hand-crafted tables, hand-split post and rail fences, and hand-printed fabrics.

We aim to provide premium accommodation that’s personalised, inclusive and sustainable.
We’re not an IKEA showroom. The cottage is furnished with antique, vintage, hand-made and up-cycled finds and has hosted family and friends for generations.
We support local small business and give back to our community through volunteering, sponsorship and donating.
CHEF’S KITCHEN
Cook up a storm in the chef’s kitchen or embrace the elements and use open fire.
We supply firewood, cast iron cookware, leather fire gloves and quality tools. Cook books too.
Think of it as your kitchen away from home.
We provide premium Tassie goodies like Ashgrove milk and farmhouse butter, selection of Art of Tea loose leaf tea, Leaping Goat micro-roasted coffee beans, and Coal River Farm couverture hot chocolate.
If you don’t feel like cooking, let us arrange a delicious Tassie tasting platter for you.
ECO TOILETRIES
We supply ethical, 100% natural toiletries from Tasmanian eco-skincare company Milie Organics.
Little ones can safely lather up with castile baby wash.
Ingredients are organic, vegan and cruelty free.
We use refillable containers in place of single-use plastics and provide cotton face cloths for make-up removal.
Our eco cleaning products are free from strong scents and harsh chemicals.
